Finnish Sauna
A traditional Finnish-standard sauna built with active ventilation and a Saunum commercial heater, the same setup used in Finland. Produces true löyly (that soft, enveloping heat you feel when water hits the stones) rather than the harsh, dry blast of a cheaper electric sauna.
What it does
- Eases muscle tension and joint stiffness
- Improves circulation and blood flow
- Deep sweat promotes skin cleansing
- Mentally quietening, a proper switch-off

Steam Room
Infused with eucalyptus and peppermint, the steam room is a gentler heat than the sauna, making it easier to stay longer and breathe deeply. The humidity opens airways and softens skin, which is why it pairs so well with cold therapy immediately after.
What it does
- Clears sinuses and opens airways
- Hydrates and softens skin
- Gentle enough for those new to heat therapy
- Eucalyptus scent supports relaxation

Ice Bath
The part people are most nervous about, and most surprised by. After heat, the cold plunge feels electric: circulation surges, the body dumps adrenaline, and most people step out feeling sharper and calmer than they have all week. Start with 30–60 seconds and build from there.
What it does
- Reduces inflammation and muscle soreness
- Boosts alertness and mood via adrenaline
- Improves cold tolerance over time
- Works best immediately after heat

Heated Magnesium Mineral Pool
Warm enough to fully relax in, mineral-rich enough to actually feel different from a normal pool. Magnesium absorbs through the skin and is known to support muscle recovery, reduce tension, and improve sleep, which is why most people end their session here.
What it does
- Eases tight muscles and aching joints
- Magnesium supports stress relief and sleep
- Gentle heat, comfortable for extended soaking
- A unique blend of magnesium, sodium, and boron
All four spaces, one 90-minute session.
BOOK A SESSIONThe circuit
How does a session work?
There’s no set routine at Haven, but if you’re not sure where to start, we suggest beginning with a nice long cold plunge.
Ease in cold
Start in the cold pool for a few minutes to wake the body up, settle the breath, and ease into the space. From there, make your way through the hot facilities, spending time in the sauna, steam room, or magnesium pool in whatever order feels good.
Reset between heat
Between each hot space, after a quick rinse in the shower, step back into the cold pool for a refreshing reset before moving on. The contrast between hot and cold is where a lot of the magic happens, helping the body feel lighter, calmer, and more restored.
Finish cool
To finish, we suggest one final short cold plunge, around one minute, followed by a cold shower before you leave. This helps bring your body temperature back down so you can walk out feeling fresh, comfortable, and ready for the rest of your day.
You don’t have to follow the circuit perfectly. Some people love moving between every space, while others spend most of their session in the sauna or magnesium pool. The 90 minutes are yours to use however your body needs.

Communal sessions, with space to breathe
Haven sessions are shared; you’ll have the facilities alongside other guests. Sessions are capped to keep the space calm and uncrowded. Most people find the communal setting adds to the experience rather than taking away from it.
If you’d prefer the space to yourselves, for a group, a date, or a team recovery session, we offer one private booking per day. Contact us directly to arrange it. Full payment is required upfront.
Towels provided. Just bring a swimsuit. No need to pack anything else.
